Update: Service Manager Brian called me and explained that my truck wasn’t throwing the proper code for the repair to be made. He asked if I had any other questions. I said “I don’t know if it’s protocol, but shouldn’t someone tell me that there is a recall for this part and that if I have additional issues, perhaps it would be covered?” He said “let me get this straight, you think we should tell you that there is a recall for a part you’re not eligible for?” I asked, “why are you being condescending?” He said “what was condescending was you leaving us a one start review without calling in first.” Read original review below, and you’ll see that I did report this concern, but was never contacted back. Called last week to talk to Brian’s supervisor, and was never called back. If you read my other reviews, you’ll see that I don’t go around just complaining and leaving bad reviews. Only for poor service. I took my truck in for a transmission issue and explained everything that had been going on in detail. I got a call a day later that it was good to go after some codes were cleared. They also said that if it was still acting up, I’d need a new molded lead frame for my transmission an

We absolutely love our Lincoln Nautilus. We are very satisfied with the customer service. Caleb was very patient with us as we ask several questions. He took his time and explained things and walked us through all the gadgets in the car . Joey in Financing was very organized, thorough and went into detail on explaining the loan paperwork before signing. We are extremely pleased with State College Ford and would recommend others to go there.

The experience was great! Rodger was willing to help use find the vehicle we needed. I really like how he kept in contact with us to like us know our different options and he did keep up on all new discounts as the month changed because new things came available. He was even willing to stop and talk to us as they had closed and we had just gotten there to look around even though he was leaving for the day. Rodger is top notch at State College Ford.

Today I had the opportunity to purchase a 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor edition. Jared was so helpful through the whole entire process answering all of my questions. Joe was a huge help with the financing, explaining everything very thoroughly. I highly recommend State College Ford to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.
